**Scottsdale Schools Superintendent Named National Superintendent of the Year**
Scottsdale, AZ – Dr. Scott Menzel, Superintendent of Scottsdale Unified School District (SUSD), has been recognized as Arizona's 2024-2025 AASA National Superintendent of the Year by the Arizona School Administrators (ASA). This award honors Dr. Menzel for his leadership and commitment to educational excellence, student achievement, and fostering community partnerships.
Since taking office in the district, Dr. Menzel has prioritized innovation, inclusivity, and academic success, leading to improved educational outcomes and a supportive atmosphere for both students and staff.
